a room in Barcelona can be difficult if you are not
familiar with the terms in Spanish because many owners
do not speak English.
We have compiled a few useful words and phrases that
might help you ask about the flat, the rent, the terms,
the contract, the installations, the building and
the neighbourhood.

agua = the water
gas = the gas

= are the water, gas, electricity "supplies"
